Process + What to Expect

What makes this mediation experience different?

Unlike standard Zoom sessions, this mediation uses dynamic overlays, real-time agendas, and structured visuals to enhance focus, clarity, and flow.

No. We use breakout rooms to maintain confidentiality and privacy. The mediator moves between rooms, just like in an in-person caucus.

No extensive prep is needed. Just ensure your documents are accessible digitally. If you have filings, demands, or exhibits, you can send them in advance or share them during the session.

Booking + Fees

How do I schedule a session?

Use the live calendar on the website to check availability and submit a request. We confirm bookings quickly.

Fees are per party and vary based on the number of participants. Two-party cases are $225/hr per party; three-party $175/hr; four-party $150/hr. Minimum booking: 3 hours.

No charge for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance. Inside that window, minimum reserved time may be billed. Emergency cancellations are handled with flexibility.

Participation + Communication

Can parties speak directly to each other?

That depends on the case dynamics. In some mediations, joint sessions are used strategically. In others, parties remain separate the entire time.

We monitor technical stability and have built-in protocols, including backup communication channels and visual indicators for tech difficulty.

Unique Features of This Room

What are overlays, and how do they help?

Overlays are live visuals—like agendas, offers, or progress indicators—that appear on screen. They help participants stay oriented and focused without interrupting the flow.
